We invest broadly across markets, with a dual focus on direct investments and investment funds. On the direct side, we concentrate on medical devices, cloud and AI technology, and fitness innovation, typically at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages where early capital drives outsized impact. At the same time, we actively back investment funds of all kinds, leveraging strong partnerships with fund managers to expand our reach, diversify exposure, and amplify long-term value creation.

  • Managing Partner & Founder

    Over the past decade, Austin Johnson has built and led high-performance teams in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and advanced medical devices, driving innovation across highly regulated industries. His career has been defined by developing scalable systems, guiding organizations through compliance and growth milestones, and aligning operational excellence with long-term strategic vision.


  • Operating Partner

    Cooper Johnson has a background in high-performance sport and computer science. With a Computer Science degree and experience at IBM, he has led initiatives in scalable systems, data strategy, and emerging technology. His background as a national-level athlete has shaped his approach—driven, disciplined, and focused on measurable results. As an investor, he partners with founders who combine technical depth with clear execution strategies.


  • General Partner

    Dr. Johnson is an accomplished executive who has held executive marketing, corporate development, and operating positions in multiple Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Johnson is also a prolific entrepreneur, having started several successful businesses, and the author of several publications and patents. Dr. Johnson was founder and chairman of Propel Orthodontics, (sold to Dentsply Sirona ( NYSE XRAY, June 2021) He also founded and was the head of Hudson Global, a portfolio of pharmaceutical services and digital media companies, including: 5Medical Marketing, Hudson Medical Communications and HiLine Digital Media which were sold to Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) in 2012. He is also invested in Performax, a physical therapy and rehabilitation business, and AlveoGenesis, a dental technology company, and PrivateGiant, a privacy information technology company. He also co-founded QED communications which was acquired by Quintiles Transnational. Dr. Johnson was also CEO of Vertos Medical, Inc. where he successfully closed a $36 M series C.

    Previously, Dr. Johnson was the CEO of Quintiles North America, a group of Quintiles subsidiaries (NASDAQ:QQQ) Dr. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree (Phi Beta Kappa) from New York University and a medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. In addition, he received graduate business training from Columbia School of Executive Management.
